Brady’s Lookout Cider Mill is a small specialised cider operation, located in the Tamar Valley of Tasmania.
Chris and Caroline devote 100 per cent of production to ‘methode traditionelle’ (champagne method) ciders. Their award winning range comes in three styles for each vintage: Premium, Wild and Wild Rose. The Wild Rose is a Limited Release through their ‘Mathew Brady’ label and is a unique vintage featuring Tasmanian cherries and a locally produced spirit liqueur.
The Brady’s Lookout cider mill is set to open to the public in Spring 2019. In the meantime, you can visit them at Harvest Market Launceston. Visit their Facebook page to find out when they are at Harvest Market Launceston or the website

About the property:
A former pear and walnut orchard, the property is undergoing a transformation. Although a number of the historic trees and a small productive vineyard remained, they have enhanced the property by planting heritage apple (culinary and cider) varieties, some very rarely planted in recent times. There are over 83 heritage varieties on the property.
